Alan J. Peizer has 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the State of Washington . He has tried approximately 100 cases in Superior and District Courts throughout the State of Washington, primarily western Washington .

His trial experience includes both simple and complex cases. He has a phenomenal record of success, whether it be at mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial. He has successfully been involved in cases involving all kinds of injuries, including soft tissue strains/sprains, radiculopathy, all types of surgeries, thoracic outlet syndrome, tinnitus, temporomandibular joint syndrome, closed head injuries, concussions, brain damage, vision problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, all types of fractures, knee injuries, paraplegia, quadriplegia, and sexual harassment and abuse. He has had successes in bad faith actions, Consumer Protection Act cases, and declaratory and interpleader actions. His settlement record, either negotiating on his own or during the course of mediation, is outstanding.

Mr. Peizer has had victories in the Court of Appeals as well, including a victory in a case brought by a guest against the owners of a beach-front cabin for injuries suffered in a diving accident (Swanson v. McKain, 59 Wn.App. 303, 709 P.2d 1291 (1990)).
