Alan J. Peizer has 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the State of His trial experience includes both simple and complex cases. He has a phenomenal record of success, whether it be at mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial. He has successfully been involved in cases involving all kinds of injuries, including soft tissue strains/sprains, radiculopathy, all types of surgeries, thoracic outlet syndrome, tinnitus, temporomandibular joint syndrome, closed head injuries, concussions, brain damage, vision problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, all types of fractures, knee injuries, paraplegia, quadriplegia, and sexual harassment and abuse.
